If you are a California resident, the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA), as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act of 2020 (CPRA), grants you additional rights regarding your personal information.

This section applies specifically to California residents, although the practices described here are also extended to all users under our main Privacy Policy. Please note that this notice does not apply to data collected from employees or job applicants — those are governed by separate policies.

Your Rights Under the CCPA

Right to Opt-Out of Sale or Sharing

You have the right to opt out of the sale or sharing of your personal information. However, we do not sell or share personal data as defined by the CCPA. We have not sold or shared any personal data in the past 12 months.

Right to Limit Use of Sensitive Information

Under the CCPA, you may limit the use of your sensitive personal information. We only use such data for business purposes where opt-out is not applicable, and we do not use it in ways requiring a limitation option.

Financial Incentives

If we ever offer financial incentives in exchange for your data, we will clearly inform you about the program and obtain your consent beforehand.
